For the election of the President, the electoral college shall consist of:

(a) Members of both the Houses of Parliament, members of Legislative of States and Legislative Assemblies of Delhi and Pondicherry

(b) Elected members of both the Houses of Parliament, members of the 

Legislative Assemblies of States including National Capital Territory of Delhi and the Union Territory of Pondicherry

(c) Elected members of both the Houses of Parliament, members of the Legislative Assemblies of the States and elected members of the Legislative Assemblies of Delhi and Pondicherry.

(d) Elected members of both the Houses of Parliament and elected members of Legislative Assemblies of the States including National Capital Territory of 

Delhi and the Union Territory of Pondicherry.

 Brief of PIL against UBER for Grievance Redressal Mechanism  Quick Brief on the #Public Interest Litigation (PIL) filed before the Hon’ble Bombay High Court addressing the lack of consumer grievance redressal mechanism to resolve complaints raised by the customers against #Uber India in respect to Article 14, 19, 226, 227 of the #Constitution Of India, Motor Vehicles Act, and Motor Vehicle Aggregators Guidelines, 2020.
